You Fully In Control
The very first thing to say is that you can cancel your Direct Debit at any time? The answer is yes and, for obvious reasons, we will need at least 1 months’ notice to action your request.
We will not process a Card or Direct Debit after the cancellation notice – guaranteed or your money back!
Otherwise the payment plan will continue to roll until you say STOP!
Not wishing to state the obvious, but you would not continue to have File Key Credits added to your account once cancellation notice is served for a Card or Direct Debit
Easy Payments
Payments made easy via Direct Debit for both UK and International Banks. This service is available to over 32 different countries. However, some international banks may not support this service. If this is the case, you can opt-in to our auto-change card service.
International Direct Debits incur a bank 2% fee; however, international payments are Vat Free.
Flexible Plans
Prices strictly available on the respective key plans. To help you manage business cashflow during busy or even slow times throughout the month, you can move up or down the available payment plans with 1-months’ notice.
Cancel your subscription plan at any time with 1-month notice and future key purchases outside of the plan will default to regular file key prices.
