Standard Renewal: If you are late renewing your KESS3 subscription, a standard renewal will renew your subscription for 12 months.
Reactivation: If your KESS3 subscription renewal has passed 12 months of the expiration date, you will need to purchase a KESS3 Reactivation. This will reactivate your subscription for 12 months. Your new subscription expiry date will be 12 months from the date of activation.
You can only purchase your subscription renewal from VIEZU if your Alientech KESS3 tool was purchased through us. Otherwise, renewals must be purchased directly from your tool’s Master.
