Delivery Times
United Kingdom
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days from dispatch
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days from dispatch
International
- Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days from dispatch
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing
Dispatch Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Where possible, same-day dispatch may be available for orders placed before 10:00am.
If an item is not in stock, dispatch may be subject to supplier lead times. We will contact you if there are any delays.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
International Orders – Duties & Taxes
For international shipments:
- Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the purchase price
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, these are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to customs clearance processes, carrier or logistics delays, supplier delays, adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, VIEZU Technologies Ltd will not be held responsible for delays caused by these factors. However, we will make every effort to keep you informed and provide updated delivery estimates where possible.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns & Refunds
Requesting a Return (RMA Process)
All returns must be authorised by VIEZU Technologies Ltd before goods are sent back.
To request a return:

- Provide your order details and reason for return
We will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
Where a return is authorised:
- Items must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided
- Items should be in their original condition and packaging where possible
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, incorrect, or not as described
Inspection of Returned Goods
All returned goods are subject to inspection upon receipt.
This includes verification of:
- Product condition
- Correct item returned
- Compliance with return conditions
Refunds
Refunds are not automatic and will only be processed once:
- The returned goods have been received
- The items have been inspected and approved
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible

Non-Refundable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exceptions (Commercial Decisions)
In some cases, we may make a commercial decision not to require goods to be returned (for example, where return costs exceed item value).
