• Master Subscription Renewal: The Master subscription is for professionals who manage their own file development or work with multiple file providers. It allows for the reading and writing of unencrypted files, giving you total control over the tuning process.

What happens if my subscription expires?

While the tool may continue to function on the protocols it already has, you will lose access to technical support and the ability to work on newer vehicle models.

There is a 50% penalty if your late renewal is more than 3 months.

How do I find my serial number?

To process your renewal, we require your tool’s Serial Number (e.g., G00XXXX or T00XXXX). This can be found on the back of your device or within the Race EVO / DS Manager software.

Can I upgrade from Slave to Master?
